Thanks for a great article! I am taking a Middle Eastern Architecture class and in researching the significance of the 8 pointed star for a class project and I came across this article. I loved reading through all the comments, too. I don’t have anything new to add to what has already been stated, but to those of you who have experienced the Awakening (like taking the ‘red pill’ in the Matrix) I share with you those initial moments of illusionary insanity. Realizing that everything else is only really an extension of yourself is quite a revelation when you have grown up believing that you are separate from all others. I don’t know that anything significant will happen Dec. 21 this year although I wish something would happen to wake the world from its destructive ways. I did see a great youtube video of Ian Lundgold – Sedona, 2005 – explained the Mayan Calendar as a process of consciousness evolution. Funny, too, after reading Brian of Brandon’s first comments about coincidence I immediately thought of the book “Celestine Prophecy” Love and Light.

Someone asked about Mormon symbols. The Mormon symbols are borrowed from Freemasonry. You see, Joseph Smith, the founder of Mormonism was a high ranking Mason, and he fashioned the Mormon church after Masonry. Mormon symbols hardly differ from well-known Masonry symbols.
What perplexes me is, How did Joseph Smith find the time to climb the ranks in Freemasonry while since age 14 was busy establishing Mormonism. ???
Mormons first do business with Mormons, second with Masons. They consider themselves brothers because they have similar religious ceremonial oaths that are word for word. One difference however, is that Mormons claim their church is of Jesus Christ, while Masons do not worship Jesus the Christ. Masons declare Lucifer is the Light of the World; or, The Light-bearer.

I too, like many of you, are researching the 8 pointed star. I’ve seen a certain Christian Denomination use this symbol in their sanctuary and on 2 magazine publications. The denomination is ‘Assemblies of God’. I have come to the conclusion that all the stars have a meaning and purpose. I believe true followers of Christ are NOT to be using these symbols (graven images). I happen to agree with the Dr. James who wrote that “the 8 point star is a representation of the fallen angels that rule this world under Lucifer.”
My attention, too, has been drawn to the number 11:11 which has kept revealing itself to me since 2010. I don’t understand it yet, but past the point of letting it make me feel I’m going crazy.
Back to the 8 pointed star, I have wondered if this particular star has something to do with Control over people.
I have come to observe that all the stars are representative of Lucifer and the fallen angels who serve under his rule. Any star representation is a ‘mark’, a sign, a symbol…of Lucifer and his angels. Its not the only symbol, but a type of many. These are symbols showing ‘Ownership’ ….That is why they are plastered on all the flags of the nations, and on weaponry such as tanks and warplanes, uniforms, etc. Lucifer claims ownership of all these things, including the nations’ governments.
About that comment where someone mentioned we call actors ‘stars’ , I believe that unwittingly the actors are rewarded as ambassadors of what is false. Notice how Hollywood has corrupt values??
Would you expect anything less from a place that is named after a ‘poisonous’ plant ???

People wave flags with symbols that they know nothing of,and defend them to the death in some cases. Its mind control…

Octagonal stop signs why think ?… Many Fountains are octagonal…The temple that holds the dome on the rock is octagonal…There is said to have been an octagonal church on the site of Simons ( cephas )Peters home.

The 8 pointed star is actually looking down on two 4 sided pyramids peak to peak if you were to make the 8 pointed star 3dimensional and rotate it 90 deg you would see an hour glass shaped pyramid under a inverted pyramid

I want to point out to some people who asked what the eight point star pattern used in Moroccan zillij and other crafts meant for places like uae etc…to make sure they are not asking about usage of this pattern in the modern structures in the Gulf region. Moroccan artisans are and have been contracted to build mosques and palaces all over the Arab world, particularly in the Middle East. Something to consider when thinking about this or any other aspects of architecture/design.
