As somebody's who's lived in Morocco for a while, you may know that customer service is not our forte, but don't let that disappoint you - when reading about your hotel incident, not sure about details but still - when Moroccans like you and welcome you it's very genuine ;) About the Moroccan design, I still don't understand the extreme attention to detail, you don't find that in any other aspect of Moroccan life, but it's very mysterious to even though I'm a native I just stumbled on your website by accident!
